4. Booking and Payments

  • Service prices are listed on our platform and are subject to change
  • Payment must be completed before service delivery
  • We accept payments through Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking)
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • You will receive a confirmation after successful payment

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your booking from the bookings page
  • Cancellation charges may apply based on the timing of cancellation
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for service delivery
  • Ensure safe access to your property for service providers
  • Follow safety instructions provided by service professionals
  • Report any issues or concerns promptly
  • Respect the service provider's work and property

7. Limitation of Liability

Echo Support acts as a platform connecting customers with service providers. We are not liable for:

  • Quality of work performed by service providers
  • Any damages caused during service delivery
  • Losses resulting from service delays or cancellations
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

All content on the Echo Support platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Echo Support and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
